- In some circumstances, and with input from the Bay Nation Lead, players may play UP, in an older division.
- In no circumstance may a player be assigned DOWN a division. This is a strict policy enforced by the Night League administrators. Example: A child with a late 2014 birthday that is in grade five, must play in U13 (grade 6/7) division.
